• Blow out fine debris with precision blower (not just “spray and pray”)

• Visually inspect slope and flow across each section

• Flush downspouts from top to bottom (if clogged, we snake or pressure flush as needed)

• Lightly sweep roof valleys and transitions

• Identify and document any areas of concern
